BROTHERHOOD OF MAN 2000

WE CAN BE, BECAUSE WE ARE

When early hominid man began to develop from the genes of time, he was exposed to two extremes of climate which caused the basic development of differences. Amoung these differences, lies the basis for what, today, we call Race. One primary group of hominids was a coastal creature, being exposed to plentiful water, likely on Africa's coast. He was a creature of the ocean as well as the land. He developed fair skin and hair tones. Because the shore was virtually endless, as was the food supply, this hominid creature roamed and flourished. Another group of similar hominids was exposed to an extremely different and much harsher environment, believed to have been inner-Africa.

The rain-forests provided plentiful water and food sources. This group, however was not beach-roaming in nature, but rather was land-locked in a very hot, often sunny, environment. The extreme heat and harsh sun, along with some dietary differences, are believed to have caused this hominid to have darker skin-tones and much more burly hair characteristics. Being grouped into colonies by geographic boundries, this hominid became more tribal in nature, perhaps often in conflict with other similar colonies, as well as with the coastal brothers of his kind.

These two groups of hominids, though having developed at approximately the same time, had very different social structures by which they lived. One being a roamer and proliferating on shores unending, the other being more stationary in nature, often living within geographical boundries. Therein lies the link which is the Brotherhood of Man.
